Job Purpose Summary: Achieve3000 Professional Services Managers provide professional learning services and overarching supports to clients who purchase Professional Services specifically around Achieve3000 web-based literacy solutions.
Territory: Atlanta Area
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Consult with District on executing a detailed implementation plan
- Facilitate the creation of custom integration plans and curriculum alignment
- Coordinate district-wide initiatives, build internal district capacity, and scale for rapid student growth
- Develop a relationship with and serve as the primary liaison between Achieve3000 and the partner district
- Communicate regularly with school and district leadership; Listen to customers, identify barriers to implementation, provide suggestions to resolve challenges and respond promptly to all stake holders’ needs
- Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop implementation timelines and on-going action plans
- Organize and Conduct high-level leadership meetings
- Ensure a coordinated launch and implementation across schools and grades
- Plan and deliver professional learning services, manage deliverables and all aspects of ongoing customer support
- Provide high quality onsite and online professional learning workshops, classroom modeling and/or individual action-based consulting sessions for teachers, parents, school administrators and district personnel
- Facilitate district, principal and coach awareness sessions
- Collaborate closely with Achieve3000 Scheduling Coordinators in securing and scheduling customer appointments
- Monitor usage and progress by analyzing various program data and provide action plans as needed
- Prepare, collect, analyze and present key data both at the site level and district level
- Develop data-driven action plans
- Communicate effectively with internal teams such as business managers, professional services managers, scheduling coordinators, sales/renewals and marketing
- Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentations
- Direct internal resources to meet customer requests as needed
- Provide ongoing status reporting to Achieve3000account management and leadership teams
- Other duties as required
Required Experience and Knowledge
Education:
BA or Master’s degree in education or related field
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- At least 3 years of experience delivering professional learning sessions and knowledge of adult learning
- Experience with delivering Achieve3000 professional development and training with demonstrated ability to handle more complex / strategic customers
- Demonstrated ability to influence others
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and previous experience training with technology products
- Excellent written and extraordinary oral communication skills
- Previous project management experience and excellent project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with teachers and administrators
- Ability to be flexible and able to adapt to the immediate or unforeseen challenges
- Superb computer skills, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Ability to travel to assigned schools in the region/nationally and to be able to plan, book and handle a busy travel schedule during peak times
